Let's put our phones away and jump beyond the signal - all the way back in time to enjoy the atmosphere of the early 2000's!
Beyond Signal is an early 2000's themed nostalgia event that takes place on 3.10.2026 in Lielahti manor, from 4 pm to 9 pm. It's a free entry event that's suitable for people of all ages. The event is organized by the Polkuja elämystalouteen - project. The main organizer of the project is Humak University of Applied Sciences (HUMAK), and the co-implementer is Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK). The project is funded with the support of European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
The programme for the event includes a polaroid picture station, music, a DIY - workshop, a board gaming room, and an early 2000's themed dress competition. You can also bring your own digital camera and capture yourself and your friends enjoying the moment!
The idea for this event is to take a breather from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, by enjoying the feeling of nostalgia and participating in low-threshold activities, without being on our phones.
