Haifest in Haihara

Haifest 2026 is a free festival aimed at young people aged 13-29, which will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM in the courtyard of the Haihara Art Centre in Kaukajärvi. The aim of the event, which will be held for the third time, is to offer young people experiences, inclusion, togetherness and meaningful leisure activities in a safe environment.

The program includes, among other things, a free street food and drink station, a street art workshop, a visit from alpacas, an arcade game corner and music. The content of Haifest is planned in collaboration with young people, listening to their wishes. Program information will be updated during the autumn.

All event locations are free of charge. Haihara's Kahvikamaria (fees apply) will be open during the event.

Come to the event on foot, by bike or by public transport. There is a small parking area in the area if necessary, but we prefer public transport.

Haifest 2026 is implemented in collaboration with Pirkanmaa FinFam's Huppu project, the City of Tampere's urban culture unit (Haihara Art Centre), the City of Tampere's youth services (Annala Youth Centre), the Deaconess Institute's Vamos activities, and the Tampere Evangelical Lutheran Church. with the congregations.
